Can I bring a Bible to China?
Yes. Personal Bibles are allowed. However, you cannot bring more than a few copies (personal use only). Mass distribution or large quantities may be confiscated.

Carrying multiple copies (3+) may raise suspicion of distribution
Importing Bibles for non-personal purposes requires government approval
Religious items are subject to customs inspection at point of entry
Electronic Bibles on phones or tablets have no restrictions
